The New England Youth Theatre (NEYT) Announces a Newly Enhanced Ticketing Policy.

The new policy comes in response to the local community's extraordinary support for NEYT’s productions and the high demand for tickets that has resulted. As many performances are now regularly selling out, staff can no longer effectively operate with the phone reservation system previously in use.  Beginning June 1, 2008 NEYT will no longer take unpaid telephone reservations. All tickets must be purchased in advance or at the door.

There are now three ways patrons can purchase tickets:

1. ONLINE  Visit the website, www.neyt.org, and purchase tickets online with a credit card. Simply click on "Buy Tickets" at the top of the home page.  This convenient process allows one to print out tickets at the time of sale. Customers can also receive an email confirmation of the purchase.

2. IN PERSON  Visit the 100 Flat Street, Brattleboro Box Office on Wednesdays between 12Noon-5pm and one hour before every performance to purchase tickets with cash, check, or credit card.

3.  BY PHONE  Call the theatre at (802) 246-6398 during business hours, noon-5pm daily, and press "1" to reach the Box Office.  You may purchase tickets with a credit card over the phone.  Your tickets will be held for you at the Box Office or, if you wish, mailed to you.  If the Box Office phone is busy, please leave a voice mail message with your name and phone number.  You will receive a return call as soon as possible.

It is the theatre’s hope that the changes will serve to benefit both audience members and NEYT.  NEYT’s staff and volunteers wish to thank all of those in the Brattleboro area who support their productions and contribute to their efforts.

Please contact Michelle Meima (Ext. 101) or Jerry Stockman (Ext. 102) at NEYT if you have any questions or comments about this new policy.  802-246-6398
