Illustrated scrolls that are cranked from one side to another in a wooden box, crankies have been growing wildly popular in the past 15 years with crankie fests popping up around the country.

This year, our seventh festival, the Vermont Crankie Fest is excited to welcome Maisie O’Brien, Storm Welch, Maria Pugnetti, and Brendan Taaffe for a magical evening at the New England Youth Theater (100 Flat Street). 

Live ASL interpretation will be provided by Nicole Comtois.
