Parking

Vehicles displaying a valid ADA placard can find reserved parking at the rear of our parking lot, close to the front entrance of the building.

Building

The front doors of NEYT are equipped with ADA-compliant power door openers. The auditorium, stage, and bathrooms for both patrons and performers are handicap accessible.

Seating

Accessible seating is available for all NEYT performances. Four locations are reserved for patrons with mobility issues. If not purchased in advance, these seats are held up to ten minutes before each show begins. To prevent other patrons from taking these reserved seats when ordering online, we request that those needing them order their tickets in advance over the phone or in person. Please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin.

Listening Devices

Radio frequency assistive listening devices (ALDs) are available at the NEYT box office free of charge. An induction neck loop is available for patrons who use telecoil-equipped hearing aids.

Service Animals

Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are welcome at all performances. If possible, please let us know at the time of booking so that we may ensure both you and your animal are seated comfortably.
