Enter the world of The Bard, history’s most famous playwright! Join NEYT Education Director Shannon Ward on an Elizabethan romp through Shakespeare’s juiciest scenes and monologues. Defy the stars for your beloved! Backstab your cousin for the crown! Finally learn the difference between “thee” and “thou!” Full of high drama and lowbrow comedy, this camp is perfect for both newcomers and experienced Shakespearean actors. WAITLIST

Ages 10-14
Mondays-Fridays 9am-3:30pm
Ready to build your musical theater skills? In this camp, students explore singing, dancing, acting, audition technique, and “acting the song” through scenes, solos, and duets. The program ends with a Family Sharing where campers can show off what they’ve learned. Waitlist

Ages 8-19
Monday-Friday 9am-12pm
Spend 5 half days exploring skills that will serve you your whole life, in or out of the theater: thinking on your feet, working collaboratively, keeping focus, and having fun! The best part is that in the learning of these things we also have a great time! We will explore traditional theater games as well as short form, long form, and structured improvisations. Come play!
